Yoga has been a part of my life since the late 1990’s but a more constant practice in the last decade, and has helped me grow stronger and fearless, both on and off the mat.
I will always be a student of the practice and it is with deep gratitude that i am continuing to study with my teacher and share the knowledge she has shared with me.
I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind and soul with yoga and sound healing, also to deepen their practice to become more alive. It is my hope that you step off the mat feeling relaxed, nourished, and find balanced.
