Appropriate fro students who are just moving up from beginner to Intermediate level, as well as those who have been practicing for a while & want a slower pace to the flow. Introductions to yogic philosophy and more flowing from one pose to the next.
This class also continues to deepen pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques. This is th beginning level of the Dharma series. Students willpractice and be introduced to Dharma Yoga Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa Level 1 to warm up the body , bring flexibility to all muscles and joints, and wake up the nervous system. A gentle yet powerful series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and mild inverted postures will follow. This practice ends with Deep relaxation, breathing exercises, and concentration/meditation to remove impurities and bring a sense of well -being to the body and radiant peace of mind.

Ideal for beginners, those returning after experiencing injury and those age 50 and beyond.
This practice was created to add healing and toning qualities of yoga to your life. We start with guided warm up stretches and move into simple sitting and standing poses to loosen the joints, promote good posture and balance. Breathing exercises and relaxation promotes calmness between poses and at the conclusion of practice. Students are helped according to their need.
