Yoga has been a part of my life since the late 1990’s but a more constant practice in these last few years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger and fearless, both on and off the mat.
I will always be a student of the practice and it is with deep gratitude that I am able to continue to study with my teacher and share the knowledge she has shared with me.
I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and deepen their practice and become more alive. It is my hope is that you step off the mat feeling relaxed, nourished and find balance.
